Aidan Mills

Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions

Aidan Mills has worked in insurance for over 10 years. Mr. Mills is a Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions at Carrick Group.

Prior to joining Carrick, Mr. Mills was an Assistant Vice President at Chubb Bermuda, where he was responsible for quarterly board, GAAP and regulatory reporting. Prior to Chubb, Aidan worked for AXA XL in Alternative Investments, where he helped integrate and automate a recently acquired insurance-linked securities (ILS) company for investor, group and regulatory reporting. Mr. Mills began his career in auditing with Deloitte in both Australia and Bermuda.

Mr. Mills holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Commercial law, and an Honours in Taxation from the University of Auckland.  He became a Chartered Professional Accounting (CPA) in 2016. Mr. Mills has also earned an Associate in Reinsurance certification and is currently pursuing the IFoA actuarial designation.
